What is Report?
Report is a web-based tool for time reporting and contract reports. You add customers, companies and client contacts once and then report time with a few clicks: which consultant worked, for which company and which client contact, which date, what was done and how many hours it took.
Report totals the period for you and shows previous period, this period and remaining time bank, so that both you and the customer see where the contract stands. You can print the month's report or save it as a PDF.

What is a contract report?
A contract report shows how many hours have been reported for a customer during a period, how many hours there were from the previous period and how many remain for the next. Report calculates the totals for you.
Can several consultants report on the same customer?
Yes. All consultants add their own rows. Users can only change rows they have added themselves, while owners and administrators can change everything in the company.
Can I print or send the report?
Yes. You can print the month's report or save it as a PDF. With the Windows connector you can also open the report as a PDF in classic Outlook with recipients pre-filled.
