What is Datoden PDF?
Datoden PDF is a online PDF editor that works in your browser on computer, tablet and mobile. You can edit text in a PDF, fill in and sign PDF documents, edit scanned PDFs searchable with OCR and merge, rotate and delete pages – everything in one place.
Unlike many other PDF services, your file is processed entirely in the browser. It is never sent to any server, so you can safely edit contracts, invoices, certificates and other documents with personal data.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF file is opened, edited and saved directly in your browser. The file never leaves your computer or phone, which makes the tool suitable even for contracts and other sensitive documents.
Can I change existing text in a PDF?
Yes. Choose Edit text and click the line you want to change. The new text gets the same size and a font similar to the original, for example Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman or Cambria.
Does it work with scanned documents?
Yes. With Read text (OCR), the text in scanned pages is recognised, in Swedish and English. It becomes searchable and copyable in the saved file, and you can change it with Edit text.
Can I sign a PDF?
Yes. Draw your signature with the mouse, your finger or a pen and place it wherever you want in the document. You can also insert an image of your signature or a logo.
