    Open an app right away – most work entirely without an account, and Report and Schedule have a demo. No registration needed.

  2. Create your Datoden account

    Register as a company or a private person with email and password. One account is enough for all tools, and you can turn on two-factor login.

  3. Start with your own details

    Switch to My database, add your customers or your schedule and invite colleagues, family or the association's members.

What is Datoden?

Datoden is a collection of web-based tools you reach with a single account – for time reporting, schedules, editing PDFs and images, vector graphics and your own fonts. All apps are under Apps in the menu.

What are the DT plugins for WordPress?

The DT plugins are 13 WordPress plugins from Datoden – including cache, cookie banner, multiple languages, redirects, login protection, contact forms and dark mode. All have a free version, and Pro adds more features. With DT-website-guard you see all your websites in My websites and update them from Datoden. Read more under Read about WordPress plugins in the menu.

Do I have to create an account to try?

No. Most apps work entirely without an account, and Report and Schedule have a demo. To save your own data you create a Datoden account as a business or individual.

Where is my data stored and can I make backups?

All data is stored in a database with the option of backups, and it is located on European servers.

Who is Report for?

Report suits consultants, IT companies and other small businesses that report hours per customer and want a clear monthly report with a time bank.

Who is Schedule for?

Schedule suits families, schools and associations that want to build the school year's schedule and share it with others.

Are the apps free?

Yes, all apps can be used for free. The apps that work directly in the browser include three applications per hour, and files are never uploaded. With a pass or a business subscription you get unlimited use.

How is my data protected?

Datoden uses a central account with the option of two-factor login. Each company has its own separate database, and you decide who gets access.
